I purchased this property in 1987. At the time it had a small (800 SF) house built in 1924

During my twenties I worked on adding of the house while at the same time keeping the historic character of the facade. Later I built a two story duplex on the rear of the property which faces the alley. This duplex would become a rental property that has provided a steady source of income for over thirty years.
